An Angel Within

An Angel lives within me
Guiding me in all I do.
An Angel's there for everyone
She's even there for you.

You cannot see an Angel
No matter how you try.
Unlike in all the story books
An Angel cannot fly.

An Angel lives within me
Showing me wrong from right.
Forever she is with me
Like a guiding light.

You cannot touch an Angel
No matter how you try.
Because Angels live within us
Helping us get by.

An Angel is a feeling
That lives within your heart.
A warm and giving feeling
We are blessed with from the start.

An Angel lives within me
We are together night and day.
I always treat her kindly
Then perhaps, who knows, she'll stay.

We ahould all believe in Angels for they are there.
They live within us, guiding us and teaching us right from wrong.
They are every warm feeling of tenderness and love.
Here to guide us and protect us. Be kind to your Angel
and she will live within you always
